Anyone have recommendations for a video camera to film golf swings? I want to tape my kids swings. Need good slo-mo & fram by frame. Thanks.

My dad was a club pro & I saw him play with rental ladies clubs and shoot 75. He said the swing is the thing,do not expect the tools to do the work. Just wondering what others think. OK

What current ball is comparable in feel?

When I was playing, the ladies ball was all red 60 comp---the 90 comp. ball was black logo & red #'s the 100 comp was all black.

What ball on the market now is most like the old Titleist red & black 90 compression ??

Is it possible to replace my old steel spikes with the new funky ones?

I have been away from the game for almost 10 years. Back surgery. Recently decided to try again. I need a pair of shoes. Most all the shoes I see are soft spikes. Are steel spikes not allowed any more? Is it up to the discreation of the course? Thanks for the help. cayrbee
