  1. I've been Playing Golf for: 2 years- More Consistently over the last 3 months My current handicap index or average score is: I score in the high 90s (Not to that level yet) My typical ball flight is: Straight if I don’t swing too hard The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Slice Videos: Thanks for taking the time to look at the videos. I am a relatively new golfer and am looking for advice. What I struggle with most is making solid contact with my irons in the fairway. Also, when I try to swing hard and gain more distance I tend to slice the ball off of the tee. After gathering information online I believe that my contact issues are coming from horizontal and vertical movement with my head. I believe the lateral “sway” is caused by my hips moving 2-3 inches away from the target. (I have made an effort to correct this after watching many centered hip rotation videos). Another poor tendency I see is my left shoulder lifting my chin at the top of my back swing (see the DTL view on the golf course). This causes my head to lift up and then down. I’ve made an effort to bend more at the waste and consciously think about lowering my left shoulder down and away from the target at the beginning of my back swing to make the shoulder plane less shallow. When I do this, you’ll see in one of the videos - my head will stay in the same position. I think this is a good start, but moving between old and new habits has really made consistency playing golf worse. At times I feel like I have 4 different swings while playing. I am hoping there may be tips in implementing new technique and reconfiguring muscle memory to one cohesive swing. Thanks for reading, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Max Drive: 250-260 (2 out of every 10 tries) When I drive the ball, I think about trying to hit the ball with 50% power, this has been the most consistent way of getting accuracy and hitting more fairways.
