Hello, I recently purchased a UPRO and I am having difficulty syncing and downloading courses. Everytime the UPRO finder (windows xp) starts to run, it disappears without syncing the device. I upgraded the software to 4.0 version to no avail. When I load the website, it seems unable to locate the device as well. Does anyone have a similar problem? Anyone know how to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
