  1. Hi, Flexibility has been a major issue for me and something I continue to work on. One thing that I currently unable to do is turn my hips with a normal address position. In other words, in order for my hips to be turned towards the target, I must flare my left foot out at near or around 90 degrees. Even when attempting to position myself at impact, I must turn my left foot significantly. This also allows me to release and avoid the "chicken wings". My question is how bad is this and am I missing something. No matter what I do, I can not stack on my left foot and turn my body as shown in the following picture. I can only do this with a near 90 degree left foot turn.
  2. Yes it is.
  3. Hello all, I have spent a lot of time on this form reading and trying to identify flaws in my swing. I am a beginner and looking for some input before I spend money on lessons. One major issue I am having is a straight left arm on impact. I have spent many hours trying to improve on this and have made no progress. I believe my greatest issue is my hip movement or lack there of! Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
