  1. Is it me or does tiger's clubhead position look awful in this picture?>
  2. Thank you for those pictures, that was very interesting. I have a strong grip as well and don't want to mess around with it too much so I was told to have toe up during first part of the takeaway. In order to close the club face I was also told to try and imagine swinging left even though on video I could not tell the difference in swing planes it seemed to work. My misses are now thin which shouldnt have to do with too much forearm roation right?
  3. The two swing thoughts have completely eliminated the hook, now my misses are hitting it thin which I belive is due to putting too much weight on right side on takeaway.
  4. My face was closed on top of swing, very similar to zach johnson and dustin johnson. Do you not advice rolling the forearms (mainly left one) in order to get the toe up and face open???
  5. Hello All, I have a strong grip and recently put two new swing thoughts into my head which have helped a ton except for my wedges. My misses use to be a bad hook so my golf pro gave me a couple helpful tips. 1. Making sure toe is up during the takeaway 2. Swinging left I played last weekend and hit every fairway but 1 and it was my first time using the dianama whiteboard with my titleist 909 driver. I was happy with my irons considering I was trying two new swing thoughts. The only problem I had were my wedges (52 56 60). I was hitting the ball fat every single time, my divots looked like they were coming in to steep. Is this because the swinging left part caused my swing to come into the ball to steep on the shorter irons/wedges? Any help is much appreciated, thank you.
  6. I consider myself an above average player when it comes to length. My drive is 285-300, my 150 club is 9 iron. I have a 54 and 60 degree wedge (14 and 12 bounce which I know makes no sense but I received them as a gift). For some odd reason I am not getting the distance I want on either of my wedges. Most course I hit my drive and have myself between 85-115 yards which I think should be a nice easy 54 wedge. I find myself hitting these baby fades or hitting them way to high. My 60 degree wedge is even worse, I max out at around 50-60 yards when I feel that most people with my distance should be 75. I tend to have a strong grip but maybe I am using a weak grip with these wedges. Please feel free to give me any advice.
  7. I recently purchased the cleveland cg15 54 and 60 degree wedges. I gripped both clubs with the golf pride new decade grips. The only problem is I did not know too much about bounce when I purchased them and got both with high bounce. My 54 degree has 14 bounce and my 60 has 12. I love hitting the 60 out of sand but don't seem to hit it to well from 70 yards and in. I know bounce is all about conditions but do I really have to trade the 60 in and get the same exact club with a lower bounce? Is it pointless to have both clubs with high bounce?
