  2. Interesting thread, My purchase is slightly different,I got the clubs sent to a relative of mine living in the States back in Feb,He brought them home to me in Ireland last week so alot of water under the bridge since then.
  3. I have already emailed taylormade about the serial number but did not respond,Iwas told that would be the case as they wont confirm Nos,I did get a response about the colour issue though.
  4. Thanks for the reply,I dont really have an issue with the quality of the clubs as they look and feel just like the ones I tried out in shop,I was just concerend when I saw they were more of a bronze colour then the satin black in the shop,I only opened the AW and the SW as I thought I might have to send them back but that could prove very hard/expensive from here.Feel a bit better now.
  5. Yes ,label says shaft made in china, head made in china, assembled in U.S.
  6. Try google it from Ireland and see what you get,Your two sites do not show on page,Here are the first 3 sites on the first google page when you " Taylormade burner 2.0 irons U.S. " http://www.golfclubsforsale.org/taylormade/irons/burner-2-0/ and this http://www.golfclubsdirectbuy.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products;_id=41 and this http://www.justshopok.com/index.php Apart from the offical T.M sites. So as you can see when trying to find a guide price there are plenty of sites selling for $400 to $500,I went through 5 pages and your 2 sites were'nt there?
  7. I live in Ireland and today I can get a set for 449 euro which is about $620,everyone in Europe knows all items are far cheaper in the states,I paid over $400 so it can be very possible to find an item well cheaper online from U.S,Unfortunately I did not see sets for $699 as I would have smelt a rat, most sites are between $400 to $500,I was hopeing to pay U.S prices and not lookin for 50% discount.
  8. How can you tell if there fake or not.
  9. How can you tell if there fake or not .
  10. I got them from a site called golfollow.com,They just seem a brighter shade then the ones I tried in pro shop, although I went into the shop again today to have another look and three of the clubs are a brighter shade to the others, the guy in the shop said he never noticed this before but could see the differance when i pointed this out,Everything else about the set looks the same as the ones in the shop,Maybe I was over the top when I called them brown but are alot brighter.
