I just did a re-grip with standard grips, adding wraps to make a midsize. Most experts said 3 wraps. I did three wraps then measured that grip with wraps vs an actual midsize. The results: Standard grip with 3 wraps = 21.64mm (measured with digital cailipers middle of the grip) Midsize= 22.23mm (measured with digital cailipers middle of the grip) Total difference= .59mm I'd say it is 4 or 5 wraps to make it exactly like a midsize.
