  1. Here is round 2. Tried to keep the club a little more outside than it was. Also, looks like my shoulders are "dipping" a little bit right at the start of my downswing... any ideas?
  2. Thanks! I'll give it a shot at the range today. It looks like my shoulders/hips do something funky right at the top, not sure what it is.
  3. I've been Playing Golf for: 2 years My current handicap index or average score is: 20ish My typical ball flight is: slice The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: slice/pull with longer clubs, inconsistent ball striking Videos: Shots either shoot off to the left or slice, especially the driver. Thanks for taking a look!
  4. I can hit the irons pretty consistently at the range and on the course. Those have never been an issue.. just the driver. The only time I can hit the driver consistently well is at the range, after hitting 2 or 3 bad shots. What I mean by "bad" driver shots, is they either shoot off to the right or have a huuuuge slice.
  5. Hey all, I got fitted for and purchased a new driver a few days ago and during my following 2 trips to the range, I was hitting it really well. Finally nice, straight drives. However, on the golf course yesterday, my drives were miserable. I usually tee off just using a hybrid or fairway wood, but of course I wanted to use the new driver. I went to the range today and after warming up a bit, I noticed that I was hitting the driver pretty well- nothing like the atrocities on the course yesterday. 4 out of 5 I'd be thrilled with on the course. I realized that after I would pick up another club (especially short irons) and then go back to my driver, the first shot or two would be awful. Then I started hitting one ball with my 9 iron, then one shot with my driver, 9 iron, driver, etc. Almost all of the drives were CRAP. It seems like once I get into a "groove" with the driver, I can hit them straight. But not one the first shot after hitting another club. Does anybody else have this problem? Some people say you should have the same swing, others say you should use different swings, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  6. First real season of golf, looking to fine tune my swing a bit before I take a shot at lessons. I (quite obviously) slice the heck out of the ball with my driver. Doesn't seem to be as much of an issue with irons, slightly less so on fairway woods. From the videos and scuff marks on the bottom of my driver it looks like an outside-in swing. I'm just not sure how to fix it. Do your worst, any comments/critiques are very very very more than welcome. Thanks a bunch! (duffed the 2nd one, whoops)
