  1. it's actually not for me!! one my friends car got stolen, with his clubs in the trunk. he can't afford a new set so i told him id ask around here, he's a scratch golfer and wants to go back to blades!
  2. hi everyone! I'm looking for a set of good blades with either dg s300/s400 shafts +1/2 inch! mizuno, bridgestone, cobra, nike,... whatever anyone is ready to sell! let me know thanks a lot!!!
  3. hello friends! Now that i finally have my irons set, i'm in the market for a driver... just bought over globalgolf taylormade tour burner driver 10,5 in reg, before i owned a nike sasquatch 2 with an aldila vs proto 65 stiff! The aldila shaft was a bit to stiff for me.. had problems controlling the face, so i opted for the taylormade in reg, now my trajectory is way high and im a bit shorter! ive heard really good things about the cobra zl driver. ive also already held it in my hands, but unfortunately never had the opportunity to hit it! Now for my question the standard shaft is an aldila voodoo, which flex should i get?? stiff or reg my swingspeed is somewhere in the 90ies, on good days stiff is perfect on bad days reg would do it! my average drives run at around 240-250 yrds. every once and i while ill rip one to about 280 or something but not really worth mentioning. would really be thankful for your opinions!!
  4. looking at the jpx 800 and i didn't notice so much difference in feel, so now i don't know which clubs to buy...! i like to vary my trajectory but i hardly work the ball, except i have to. can i do all that with the jpx 800 or will it be hard to keep the ball low?
  5. hi golf junkies!!! i've already posted a few threads about new irons but now i finally went to a pro and he suggested the jpx 800! i'm now playing titleist 735 cms! i told him i'd like to stay with a forged club because of feel, but to tell u the truth i did't notice that much of a difference! i take my game pretty serious and rather have a good swing than ending up with a good result with horrible a horrible swing, i also like to mess around with trajectory, draws and fades eventhough i'm still in the process of learning how to consistently work the ball!! on course i just play lower and higher shots bc of the wind here in austria!! so my question ... is it hard to work the ball with the jpx 800, especially trajectory wise? second question... i'm going to keep my current set bc i love them they are just to hard to hit at the moment, wouldn't it be smarter to choose a set, jpx 800, that is a lot easier to hit than going for the 800 pros which don't give that much more forgivesness? oh and i didn't like the burner 2.0 bc of their distance control! thanks a lot for your advice
  6. my bad not cbs... mbs!! the whole sleep deficiency thing lately must be having more affects than i thought ;-))
  7. 690 cbs! im just thinking i might as well get something way easier to hit!!!
  8. i'm looking for the feel of my titleist blades with more forgiveness, i have narrowed it down to these 4!! my budget is kind of tight as well, therefore i'm already leaning towards the mx 300!! happy for every bit of advice!! won't be able to demo the clubs either bc in austria you got to put down 200 dollars for demoing!!!
  9. and what do you think of the mp53 or mx 300s? i hit the sweet spot often enough to play players clubs i just don't want the punishment i get from my blades anymore!! hit the burners today and hit one so far off the toe and it still went 170 yards, ridiculous!! plus they are just to chunky looking!!
  10. I haven't tested the jpx yet, but i hear really good things about them, i'm very indecisive, bc i play blades at the moment and don't want to lose the feel but i definitely would love some more forgiveness! everyone seems to love the burners but i doubt its possible to work them heightwise, especially bc i often play in windy conditions! the ci9s get a lot of good reviews online, but the pros at my golf club seem to differ. finally the jpx 800 pro get raving reviews online, the price is just pretty steep and my thoughts are if your going easier then it would be smarter to go a lot easier!!! thanks for your thoughts
  11. hey peeps!!! not sure what irons to go with! was leaning towards the burners until i drove past a golfshop with the ci9s for half the price of the burners! i play at a 13 and am gaming titleist blades now, but i rarely have time to play, evenless to practice... therefore the change. thanks for your opinions!
  12. well that's the problem i'm having with 8 - pw, slight misshit and my 8 iron goes about 10 yards shorter, and that's just to much and i don't have the time for excessive range sessions
  13. hey! looking for new clubs bc i'm having difficulties with the blades in my set (8-pw)! from the looks the cbs seem to be just like the 735cms just without having 8-pw as pure muscle backs!! does anyone have experience? don't really want to sacrifice the awesome feedback i get from forged clubs eventhough it might be the more mature decision to switch to game improvement irons! thanks alot
  14. i own a set of 735 cms and i love them!! awesome clubs, great feel and you can really hit a low stinger and those really high soft fades....
  15. hi guys!! i'm a -13 hcp on a babybreak and am looking for some irons to replace my titleist 735 cm, due to lack of range sessions!! my driver ss is in the 90ies and my 5 iron is around 170 yrds! thanks a lot!!
