  1. There's one range in Tucson that has some drivers, but I think they mostly have older drivers and clubs. Do your golf ranges have 2012 drivers to demo (R 11s, etc.), or is that usually harder to find? Thanks for the responses.
  2. I wish there was something like that in the US..?
  3. I'm looking to buy a new 2012 driver, but it's hard to spend the money if I can't actually see the ball flight. Furthermore, the brand new 2012 drivers at GS have to have masking tape on them, which screws up everything on the launch monitor. Does anyone else have this problem, and if so, how do you deal with this situation? Wouldn't being able to DEMO one or two new drivers on the course for a direct comparison solve the problem? Thanks in advance!
  4. That's sounds great. I need to find a place like that in AZ. Could you demo newly released drivers, or were they at least a year old? Thanks for the info.
  5. I like that idea, knowing the ball spin etc is good info to have, but how do you try a new driver, such as the R11s on the range? I would love to hit it on the range, or even better, on the course!
  6. Is it better to demo a new driver on the course rather than hit it into a net at a golf store?
  7. haha, yea that's true, they should let me try them out for free anyways, but if they insist on $30, isn't it better than buying a training aid for $120 and only using it a few times? I would like to make sure I really need the training aid, and this might be the best option, don't you think?
  8. So the best way for me to know if it is going to be helpful for my game would be to probably borrow it first? Then, I should think about buying if I feel I will use it during every practice session. How do you know it will work for your swing if you haven't hit it a few times, right? Thanks for the help.
  9. I have a few golf buddies that have many training aids, such as the medicus iron, tour striker, and the balance board. They use them frequently, and told me they would rent them to me for a few weeks to use (for $30 a training aid), but is this a good deal? I was thinking maybe it was a good deal if I could fix my swing flaws in about a month, because then I would not need to use it ever again anyways. $30 seems to be a fair price when the medicus and tour striker brand new are going for about $120 a piece. What do think I should do?
