Tiger Trap

I have been told the my down swing is from the inside but I still fade the ball and don't know what to do to fix it. Can anyone tell me why this is and anything I could do to hit it straighter.

I am a terrible slicer and I always lift my head up and I noticed in some swing videos of the pros that they keep there head down and rotate so well through impact. Does any one know any drills to help ingrain this into memory.

Ok. How does it create power?

I was watching some slo-mo swings of tiger, kim and els and I noticed they lower there head on the backswing. Does anyone know why and what causes this. Thank You
