  1. I had wondered same thing. You can see videos that even with a bad swing the medicus won't break down. Im sure it works for some people. I tried both out and i actually think the orange whip is very nice. It's has helped me with my balance as well as hand motions. It gives a lag feel that helps with my tempo and as is good for just warming up too IMO. Ive just purchased a pure ball striker as well so I'm curious if using them both together will help me improve even more. Good luck.
  2. Is using the iPhone and/or iPad good enough to video your swing? I have appleTV as well so I can look at the tv and see my motions but would I need a better camera to sign up with evolvr? Sorry if this has been answered before. Thanks.
  3. Thanks. Mr Zander is a lil pricey. I will have to check how he compares to others in the area but if he is as good as you say then he is probably worth every penny. Besides with just starting to play again I wouldn't want to waste his time with my horrible swing ha. Thanks to this forum I read about evolvr so I thinking about giving that a go. Maybe i can shape a somewhat decent swing together with them before i go embarrass myself with Mr Zander.
  4. I have seen those they look nice but i probably would purchase a net return before one of those if i had the money.
  5. Can someone recommend a good golf teacher from experience in the san jose/bay area? I recently returned to golf after many years. I can only go to the range so many days, watch so many you tube videos and read so many books/forums. I even started using ubersence but watching myself swing doesnt do much when I need a trained eye. Thanks.
  6. Yes you are right bout Vijay endorsing this brand. Guess not many people have any opinions so thanks for yours. http://www.virtualturf.com/Index.html They dont seem to sell this particular product anymore so maybe that is a bad sign. But you can still purchase the replacement parts. Not sure if i should buy it or not they want $80 for it?? For now i suppose it beats buying something like the CCE mat at this point since I dont have all the funds quite yet. Unless someone has another recommendation for a practice mat(decently priced vs the $80 for this one). Also any opinions on a net for indoor use?? Since i decided to take up golf again after many years I have huge problem not hitting ball first and no ranges have grass around me. Funny how all the bad habits i had before came right back so Im dedicated to starting over from the ground up.
  7. Would this be good purchase off craigslist? I have been interested in buying a mat/net for my extra room wondering if anyone has any thoughts/experience with this brand? thanks.
