  3. Hi guys im in the hunt for a bew driver. My current driver im using the old taylor made burner fir about three years now with 9.5 degree loft and factory xstiff shaft 50 gram shaft. My buddy seals clubs and he had two that caught my eye. He has the new nike covert driver with an after market shaft on it that is 70 grams. ( not sure who makes the shaft). Or Ping i 20 from last year. Same shaft and same weight. I play a a fade or power fade fir my go to shot. I want to be able to work the ball better. Will either one of these benefit me. Distance, workking ball , accuracy etc. swing speed currently 110-115. Thanks for help guys 350 for either club slightly used near mint
  4. Sorry guys i do not have a current video this yr but i am working on one. I am having trouble with pushing my golf shots. My natural ball shape is a fade. Lately ive been pushing almost all my golf shots. I found out that i had the ball too far back in stance and that was the original cause. Ive adjusted the ball forward in my stance which helped alot . Now ive developed opening up my hips too quick and diping my back shoulder which is causing me to have an open club face so again causes me to have weak shots to the right . I need some help fixing these faults any body have any ideas or drills how to correct this. Thanks for the help
  5. Its been a while since i last posted but i am going to be a more active poster this season. Im on the market for a new iron set i have between 400 to 600 dollars to spend. Ive been playin maltby for the past 2-3 yrs they are beat up. My swing speed is about 110 - 115 with driver about 85-90 with irons (i dunno if this helps). I was set on getting callaway razr x ( stiff shafts ) but im having a hard time finding last yrs model . The pro at dicks is trying to talk to me about taylor made burner 2.0 stiff. Im new to the new technology of golf im not sure which brand or brands are good . Any suggestions on current selection or other selection of golf irons . Thanks for the help
  6. Thanks for the quick reply. I tried the new grip im having a little troule my ball flight is fade but almost 20 yards less almost like impicking the ball and sliding the club underneath im not sure how to correct this . Any thoughts
  7. I've been Playing Golf for: 2yrs My current handicap index or average score is: 12 My typical ball flight is: High Fade The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Super high ball flight with driver. Hi guys im new to the forum only a few posts old. I came to this site looking for some help. I heard alot of great things. I want to apologize for the vids all i had was an iphone but hopfully you all can see and help. I just got my driver reshafted so i hiad to go out and hit it today. Its a taylor made burner 9.5 super fast x stiff. My ball flight either balloons in the air or a high fade. Sometimes I get the penetrating low ball flight but then it seems to hit a wall and plummet down. Any tips would be appreciated. In the vids im not swingging a hundred percent because i pulled my hammy last week in baseball. Thanks for the comments and help. Videos:
  8. After I get my line on where to hit the golf ball and then proceed to hit. I either look directly infront of the ball on my line or one inch ifront of the ball on my line. I also do this with my driver. I dont look at the ball when I swing the club. What is the correct aiming point on the ball. Is it different for everyone or is there a standard point. Also what can be the downfalls of what I am doing currently. Thanks for the help.
  9. Thanks for the tip with the hips i played a round today focusing on opening up the hips earlier and hit a couple deep drives but most importantly my irons were sold crisp and shit off the club face it felt effortless the only problem i have now is distance control i never new wat a good shot was until today but i guess thats just fine tunning thanks guys
  10. I appreciate that when fire the hips that way it produces a slice or a push. Ive also been told by an instructor that im to quick on my downswing i wasnt to sure wat that meant. I also feel like i drop my back shoulder to much wen i try this way My current swing thought is holding my hips long as possible before impact then firing them i feel like i am loosing power this way but im not sure. I hit it straight this way but im not so sure im hitting it with out using all arms any advice on this
  11. At what specific point do u let ur hips fly open and at wat point do u start the speed in your swing I ahave read that during ur swing your club head gains speed all the way into the finish . At what point do you really turn it on Thanks for the help

Are these numbers good bad avg Im also looking for a new driver any suggestions on wat to get base on this info Thanks for the help guys
