  1. NeithEr pro or max. Just google or research cobra s3 irons. They won a golf metal on golf digests hotlist for 2011. The max are for high handicappers & the pro are for lower handicappers. The s3 series is for mid handicappers looking to improve their game.
  2. Hey, i am also a 12 handicap and looking for Clubs aswell, i was considering the cobra s3 irons. Check them out, i think they are good for people like you and me.
  3. Hey mate, i used To be a fellow high 20's handicapper like you and i was in a similar position to you. i.e my drives would slice and hook ocassionally, just generally not being effective of the tee is the vibe im getting from you. But anyway, i was out on the course one day and then this random guy joined me. But anyway he gave a srixon soft feel golf ball, and boy did it work! On short par 4's i was driving almost to the green, all of my drives were generally heading in a straight direction as well. One thing that you should know is that low spin balls will not completely eradicate your slice or hook, if you strike the ball wrong, the low spin ball will minimize the damage, if you will. Also, how high do you tee up the ball? Because my playing partner noticed that i was teeing the ball up to high, so i lowered my tee off and it worked like a godsend! Hope this helps.
  4. As everyone knows, when you are pickig a new set of golf clubs, you want to make sure they are perfect for you before you go and invest hundreds of dollars into it. Sadly, i do not know the first thing about fitting golf clubs, but i was wondering if anyone knows where to go to get them fitted? Can you just go down to a golf club and ask to get someone that works there to fit them for you? Or is that abit far-fetched? Also, i dont live in one of the major cities of my country so i dont have the executives from taylormade and callaway walking the streets. Thanks guys, any help would be appreciated! (: P.s i am looking to get fitted for a set of irons, and possibly a hybrid.
  5. Hi, does anyone know the distance that a 5 wood would go? (18 degree, regular flex).
  6. Hi, i am relatively new to the game of golf, i have only played for a couple weeks and i am shooting in the high 90's. I am looking to add a new club to my bag and i need some advice on what club. I will generally look to use this club on my second shot on a long par 5 so that i can get it very close to the green. I already have a hybrid so it cant be that (: For the answer could you please state: 1. Which club it is? 2. What degree of loft i should get? 3. The flexibility of the shaft. 4. Be very specific, e.g if it is a fairway wood say which number. Thanks (:
