Can I remove a leaf which is on top of my ball before hitting it without penalty? My ball is in the fairway. Thanks.

Would I get a relief from safety net that was located near a tee box? My stance and swing were not affected but my line of play would be as the net was 20 feet high? My ball was too close to lob it over the net. Thanks for your help.

Recently, at a tournament, my fellow competitor's 2nd shot landed in the hazard but playable. His stance and swing was not affected by the lateral hazard stake marker. But very likely his ball will hit the stake marker. He asked his caddie to remove the stake. Is this allowed? Thanks.
