I have been playing golf for about 10 months and I am about a 20 hdcp. I was wondering if anybody has used the titleist 690.cb and think they would be good for me.

It most likely wont be for a few months but a while back I lost my 6 iron. So now I have some cheap replacement with a graphite shaft that I bought from a pawn shop. when looked up just buying that one club for my set it cost like 50 bucks if I could even find it at the time when I had the money for it. I have seen I could get a set of 690.cb for like 150 bucks. So I wanted to get those in a couple months so I would have uniform set for a couple of years.

I have been playing golf for about 10 months with this set of irons and about a 25 handicap now. I have started to hit these clubs very well. I want to buy a new set of iron within the next few months. I wanted some help to see what i should upgrade to. I see alot of good things about the ap2 and ap1. Im thinking about getting a set of dci 990s or 690cb. I dont really want a set of pure game improvement irons i plan to keep the next set of irons I buy for at least a few years. So I want something that will still be playable when my handicap gets lower and swing gets better.
