Thanks David! We're lucky to have found a good vendor for golf promotions and came up with this concept. Next is the cardboard image that will attach to the top of this. Also, we're looking for distributors and resellers so if anyone is interested, please let us know... I'll retype this so it stands out more: VENDORS and DISTRIBUTORS WANTED. Please PM me for details

Btw, what do you think of our new display?

Greetings fellow Sand Trappers! It's been a while since we've checked in here. A LOT of exciting things happening at Torc Golf! We've gotten a tremendous response from our audience and this summer was definitely one of the most exciting. Some of things we've been up to is jump starting golf tournament promotions, taking a dive into social media, talking to major distributors (creating and developing a point-of-sale) and completing another large product run! For details on these updates, please visit our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/TorcSwingtrainer If you haven't already, please "Like" our page! We'll be announcing a fall promotion and special Holiday "Foursome" pack for all TST members so stay tuned.

KT pros: Easy on the eyes KT cons: unsexy voice

thanks for the reply rayg. fyi, the Torc was never designed to use while hitting balls! in fact, one of our disclaimers is that we do not recommend hitting with it on. i'd like to reiterate this, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND HITTING BALLS WITH IT. we do hear that users really like to hit with it on, we just kinda have to turn a blind eye ;) the way i see it, USGA does not allow any apparatus to be attached while in play so you may not want to practice with it anyways.

Any more reviews? How about some Facebook posts? Thanks!

if you guys could only see the colors tests... you WOULD prefer the tungsten grey for sure. what we were able to do is do a few runs without the tungsten powder which obviously made them way lighter. but they turned out great. we donated a bunch to kid golf programs. that worked out great. i'll post some pics tomorrow...

Quote: Thanks for the guidance. I kind of feel guilty that you paid for shipping. Do you have a paypal acct where I can donate a few $$ for expenses that you had? I'd really like to help that cause. Hi Rick. No worries. Just give the Torc some time and I hope you'll be able to give us an honest review. Thanks.

Hi folks. Starting to see some feedback pour in and reviews. Thanks! One thing I want to mention is we've experimented with colors (blue, red, yellow) in the past but due to the compound being mixed with tungsten titanium powder the color got very drab and ugly looking. There was no way we could keep the size small enough but yet still maintain the targeted weight. We get "Golf Turd" a lot and I've grown to accept it :) I also want to add that we deliberately chose not to include an instruction pamphlet (although I'm starting to regret it) because we wanted to keep costs low. My logic was that most people would just go to our website and watch the videos to get all the info they need. My bad for assuming (!(@#*##&&$) Btw, the videos with Haney were part of a video series that we developed using Hanks training regimens. We use to sell the videos for $19.99 and we've taken parts of it and offered it free to Torc users. Take advantage of it! :) Please keep the feedback and reviews coming... Don't forget to send us pics for our website and post comments on our FB page!

Hey Rick. Sorry for the bad experience! One thing I like to do is take advantage of the fact that the Torc can be positioned anywhere along the shaft. If you start from the clubhead for pre-game stretches, be sure to take a quick break and move the Torc up about two "Torc-Lengths" at a time. Practice then repeat until the weight is less noticeable up at the grip end. What this does is give you benefit of the weight but as you get closer and closer to your tee time, your body won't be in shock going from a weighted club to a feather light driver. The club will get lighter and lighter as you move it up towards the grip. I always end my warm up routines with a few dozen or more balls with clubs only (minus the Torc). Hope this helps!

thanks for clarifying guys!

Just a quick update... We got a few people who wanted to participate on the free offer after the promotion closed. I ended up sending them one anyways since it was only a few. We also decided to ship to Canada but damn it's a timely and expensive process! :) Rather than starting another thread (don't want to spam TST) please post your reviews HERE and on our FB page. If you're up to it and am having a "good hair day" please send us a pic of you and the Torc! Can be via FB or send thru email! We are looking to post them on our website :) Thanks!

Quote: Thanks a ton Torc golf. I promise to give a true and honest opinion of your product. But if you give me more stuff ill say whateverYOU want me too! Lol LOL! Well, I want to be able to give out more but I could only allocate 50 units for this giveaway. ~30-32 went to TST and the rest went to our local driving range. What I'm working on is getting a discount code together for TST members. It won't make the Torc "free" but it'll knock off 20% ($5.00) from the $20 retail. As soon as I get it up and running, I'll post something here and start a new thread. Another promo we did a while ago was got a bunch of schwag (golf shirts, hats, etc). Maybe we can get some kind of contest going where I can give some of those away too. Stay tuned...

Quote: Although, if you don't ship to Canada I retract the previous. I'm going to go ahead and honor my canadian friends :) I spent a lot of time in Montreal for my day job and I absolutely love it there! I'll look into those who inquired from Down Under and India before I can commit to those areas =P For inquiring minds, here's who made the cut: Scott Curry Carl Lewis Gerald Geary Jeff Slover PJ D'Aoust Mike McLoughlin Josh Leech Jerold Brown Ken Short Chris Collins Cliff Jennings Josh Strausbaugh Dave Harriff Anthony Soriente Matthew Seiff Roy Carter Mike Blust Douglas Camacho Rick Martin Donald Dial Erik Barzeski David Wick Mike Mallette Mike Leto Ed Park David York Christian Storer Scott Ingerson Jamie Wyrick

***UPDATE*** Hello all! We have reached our max of 50! Wow, that was fast! Torc's are ready to ship so look out for them in the next few days. I want to thank everyone for participating. I'll start another thread in about a week to see how people are liking our product. I'll post that link here so you can be notified. Looking forward to your feedback! Best, Troy S.

Quote: that's a lot of "done"s - hope the shipping and handling isn't going to eat up into the profits too much @ Rick Martin *GULP!* you aren't kidding!

Hello all! Thanks for the responses! We are currently only offering this to members in North America :( I apologize for not mentioning that. I also want to mention that I secured 50 units to give away total (this includes other promotions). I'll post when we're close. So far we're at 32 spoken for.
