  1. Thanks everyone for you advice. Our company winning prize is just a dozen of golf balls for each winner so hopefully people don't cheat. The raffle prizes are worth far more. I will try to work on my wedges for distances between 50 to 120 yards and putting. I think we will play according to handicap, with the highest handicap going first.
  2. This will be my first time playing in my company 4 people scramble tournament and also my first time playing scramble tournament golf. For various reasons I haven’t played in my company’s past tournaments but usually the winning scores were around -15 or -16. The best player on my team graduated from high school last year and he was a decent junior player who plays between 67 to 85 in his tournaments last year. He won two tournaments. He got scholarships offers from the Northeast colleges but declined (wasn’t good enough for Arizona or UCLA). The other two players have 12 and 9 handicaps and I am a 14. From your experience, will we be competitive based on the ability of our team? We will play from the white tees. What should be our strategies? Do I hit first or does the best player goes first or it doesn’t matter the order?
