  1. Definitely prefer to walk. It's so much more relaxing to walk the fairways enjoy the architecture of the golf course and not to mention to use the money saved on other golf things. I also can't forget about the three strokes or so I save while walking lol.
  2. The spin out was definitely increased due to the shoes. This day at the range I was hitting straight shots and push draws. Couldn't really complain about flight today but even when I'm hitting them good I'm trying to continue to work on making my bad shots not that bad. After watching the video though the next big thing is opening my stance a little bit some I'm squared. I tell you though I definitely don't feel like I'm as steep as I once was. I'm going to the course tomorrow to see what I got.
  3. Been getting my swing together been too lazy to post new video but finally got a new video for everyone to comment on how we looking now?
  4. Also I'm using a gorilla arms tripod that I strap to my bag. Is there a better way to set it up?
  5. Just got a Zi8 and I'm trying to use it to record my swing but I have to set it up so far away. I tried to set it up in portrait mode its extremely blurry am I missing some thing?
  6. I'm ready to make the switch. After giving up on my swing due to consistent issues I'm making the switch. Now I want to know where should I start with learning the swing? Do I get the book or are there videos that teach it better.
  7. After a couple disaster rounds with my Driver I've been working on staying on my left side throughout my swing. This has done wonders for my driver I'm now hitting 75% of my fairways when I go out. But now a new issue is here. I can't hit my irons worth a darn I'm hitting fat shots and just can't get the crisp contact I'm use to getting. The feel that I try to get when setting up is a reverse k which helps me hit the inside portion of the ball. Any ideas what I can do to fix this?
  8. So how do you break the hit down habit without hitting the ball thin? Should you focus on hitting the ball on the middle of the clubface?
  9. How does one flatten the downswing? The backswing isn't as bad as I thought and I've always thought about flatten the downswing to eliminate the steep swing but everyone talks about flatter backswing when I try to drop my arms I'm hitting everything fat.
  10. New Videos Face On : DTL:
  11. The feel and the swinging inside myself are the two things I've noticed as well. Can't wait to get on the course with this to put it to the test during a round.
  12. Been working hard on my game for this season and I've been improving and making changes. The next change involves a basic: THE GRIP. I've been having a problem throwing at the ball with my right. Just for fun I switched from a interlocking to a overlapping grip and the feeling is wonderful. I feel like I can't throw anymore. Can't wait to look at it on tape my swing is definitely moving in the right direction. How many of you guys made the switch? To overlapping not Srixon.
  13. I'm working out my game and issue I want to change is hitting at the ball. Is there any tips or swing thoughts on swinging and not hitting?
  14. I've been setting up for a great season this year. After hours and balls I've began to realize that my swing is pretty good and I need to tweak just a few things. The first thing is alignment I have the tendency to not set up square to my target. The second thing is to shorten my backswing I know once I stop overswinging I will become consistent with my swing. The last tweak is to stop controlling the downswing with just the right arm. When I come down I feel that I'm pushing the club mainly with my right arm. The feel that I'm focusing on is swinging with both arms which will stop my pulling the ball. Focusing on these short goals I'm sure my game will be great this year.
  15. This pulling shots thing is really getting to me. I focused on purely alignment today and I'm still pulling the ball. Everyone is telling me it's not the swing I understand that part so I've been looking at other things that could be affecting my ball flight. So I'm thinking maybe it could be the grip. Can you guys help me out with some more possibilities of pulled shots.
