I had a really nice round at The Links at Brigantine Beach last Thursday. First links course I've played. The course was in outstanding shape with beautifully trimmed fairways and firm greens that were all in great shape. The course is in a neighborhood with houses on either side of some of the fairways which was a bit unnerving at times but thankfully my shots were mostly straight & true. I highly recommend the course if your in A.C. N.J. It's about a 20 minute drive from Ballys.

Received the 588 on Tuesday & the adjustment wrench the next day. Looking forward trying it out on the range soon.

Played the back 9 Made par on #12 par 3, Tricky up hill shot with beautiful drive to left & below of green chipped up to green with new Wilson harmonized wedge. 6 bogeys & 2 3+ bogeys Still need to work on drive swing consistency & fairway play. Practice, practice Have a great weekend folks

Today I played South Hills in Hanover PA & had a less than stellar round. Many thanks to Jerry & Scott who I was paired with for their patience & encouragement. To future partners I promise I'll keep working on my fundamentals to make the next outing less painful.

Gretings, I'm also new to golf & am having a blast learning the fundamentals. I took a few lessons at South Hills in Hanover PA & I've been playing @ Little Creek i n Spring Grove PA the past few weeks. The front 9 @ Little creek a re all par 3 holes which are great for beginners tweaking their short game plus you can't beat their prices. Stay under par my friends. Richard Lee
