I only have the x tour PW and a cheap pinemeadow 60*. When I get the 60 working its money but I'm like 50% confident with it. I work on it a lot but not seeing improvement. Should I add a wedge? What degree? Or any drills or tips to perfect my short game? Thinking about putting post at like 10 15 20 30 yards. Hitting five balls to each then try to keep them consistent. Within so many feet. Good idea? What else to improve my swing

Thanks. I'm gonna give them a try for the rest of the season. Work daily or close lol. got some advice from others. And my HCP has changed drastically and the only thing holding me down is putting. OK so I have two questions. One. I recently moved from off brand iron cast and quite large to call x tour forged. I'm having issues hitting. When I do connect it puts a smile to my face. Ok. Great points. Leaning toward wood because the courses I go to are pretty much fairway . Nothing to cabbagey. One of my fav courses is all par 3 so trying to shorten my drive distance when I'm there without changing my swing. I use a 9* greatest Bertha. Hope to upgrade soon lol. Like the idea of both clubs. Looked at hybrid iron sets but couldn't pass up the x tours for 75 bucks. I'm new to the game this year but put in hours and hours my handi is dropping fast.

Im sure this was already answered. But I am a midhand golfer using x tours 4-PW. Trying to find something to gap my driver which I drive well. About 250 yards. Only have money for one. Trying to decide on a wood 3or 5 or hybrid 2- . I currently have an old hogan wood which I can hit further with about anythin . Lol. Looking at callaway ftiz 3 wood or ping rapture 21 deg hybrid. Found both on clist for about 40 bucks each. Or looking at Cleveland mashie in the 3 need some advice on what to do

Or getting some eye 2 for like 90 bucks.

So I've decided for this year just regripping my mdd progessive offsets and picking up a new putter and 3 hybrid saving money while still improving my current sticks

Or found an Adams Idea A07OS for a good price. could upgrade my putter then too. So its a toss up. but I cant go hit. I dont have a golf store near me. the closest is about 4 hours away so I have to rely on other people honest opinions.

So still havent gotten a new set. but these are the ones that are used that I can afford. Still a mid handicap trying to get out at least twice a week, but looking to improve my distance and control a little bit. Any thoughts are appreciated. The hunt is on... Found a x-24 hot, tight lies, Cleve. CG4 or Taylor Rac. forged. and R7's. offered something on the sets. Heres to hoping i hear back. Anybody like any of these more than the others?

What about a Strata set that can usually be had for around $200 dollars. Beginners set, but good enough for the casual high schooler imho...
