  1. Actually, the clubs are already bent. I bought them used that way. I would like to have them bent back to the original degrees. I am a high handicaper (about 20) which is why I bought these clubs used. (and bc I didn't know any better). I'm calling callaway now
  2. I will give Callaway a call tomorrow, but I am not sure if they could bend them back to normal or maybe even only 1 degreeback. Anything will help. Does anyone feel that it will weaken the metal to the point it would not hit well?
  3. Ok, here is my situation. I recently purchased a used set of LH callaway x-20's. They have been customized to somebody with the head being bent 2 degrees upright. They have also been re-shafted. The new shafts are Nippon 1050 GH steel shafts. When I hit the clubs my balls goes straight but to the right. I am interested in getting the clubs bent back, but I do not want to damage them. They are cast irons clubs, so I know that they are not supposed to be. Has anyone ever had the same problem, or can help me out? Thanks
  4. Yea, I try to be very careful buying them off E-Bay. I just paid for them yesterday, after he told me does not sell knockoffs. He gave me a serial number, but I haven't heard back from Callaway yet. They are x 20 irons with a nippon 1050 GH steel shaft. He is a power seller, so I believe they are real. I will just have to confirm with Callaway and Nippon when I recieve them. I believe these irons will improve my game, and I can't wait to hit them.
  5. I am about a year ahead of you, and I am in the process of getting new clubs. I had a R5 driver with all Tommy Armour 845s Irons and wedges. They are really forgiving but I can not hit them very far. I recently purchased Callaway FTi Draw driver and the 3 and 5 wood squareway woods. I have to say that these clubs have helped my game completely. My drive especially. I am bout to purchase x 20 Irons with a Nippon 1050 GH steel shaft, to match my new callaway 52 and 56 degree x tour vintage clubs. So, yes I do feel that new clubs will help you with your confidence and playing ability. It has helped me about 8 strokes. I would also recommend being fitted for clubs although I haven't. Clubs are cheaper on E-Bay.
  6. I have been playing with the E 5+ lately. For some reason I just hit it much straighter than the E 6+. Is the E 5+ a 3 piece or just the E 6+ and E 7+?
