I don't work in golf, but work at resort with several courses. Only have to pay 15, which is the cart fee. Limited to when the courses aren't really busy, but I've never had a problem with that. Free range time and discounts at the pro shops.

I haven't gotten a chance to play it but I use their range quite often. Fortunately I work for Kiawah so price really isn't an issue, I'll get out there soon I hope.

I've been fortunate enough to play all five public and two private courses at Kiawah. The Ocean Course is a great experience, it's tough yet so beautiful. Otherwise, Cougar Point is one of my favorites as is Oak Point. Oak is the cheapest and usually the least busiest, as it isn't technically on the island but Kiawah still owns it. Osprey has wide fairways and holds a decent challenge, Turtle has tighter fairways but is generally the most crowded. PM me if you want more details on Kiawah courses...
