  1. Yeah the spin out has always been my bad habit that I need to fix for good. I may try practicing with my left heal off the ground that way I can't spin on it. I go for a lesson tomorrow lets see what we can come up with.
  2. All in all I'm looking to improve my ball striking. Wouldn't mind gaining distance but that will come with better contact. Hoping next year to play in some local amateur tournaments and wouldn't mind shooting a decent number lol.
  3. Yes I am hitting a ball. Thanks for the input also what do you mean pirouetted.
  4. My miss is either a push or is heavy
  5. Thanks for the help I am going to look into that. In my head its always worth it. I play to get better and will spend try to spend this winter on some issues I have. Thankfully during my swing changes I have yet to play worse so its keeping me positive as well a seeing my swing turn into something better. I guess the best motivation for me is I play with guys who are better then I am. Thanks again guys
  6. Thanks a lot guys. I agree with the tanning of the head. Unfor I have had some medical issues who he'd caused the hair to go bye bye. Hopefully it will retur. In a couple of months. I have been working on making a better turn back as I was always an arm swinger so it is a little forced at the moment. Know would a hip bump be pretty much the same thing or do you suggest my whole body move as well?
  7. Thank you. So are you suggesting more of a lateral hip slide? Then rotate the hips. I feel like my big issue is retaining shaft lean I'm curious if this would help me.
  8. Bump
  9. This was my first time are you guys able to see the videos?
  10. http://www.swingreader.com/video/view/YhOC1Dsq/8-iron http://www.swingreader.com/video/view/uSOeO8Hy/8-iron
  11. Getting better and better look forward to some hard work over this winter. What do you guys think
  12. the ball flight was straight or sometimes with a draw. I still have the tendency to stop my body which causes me to hook the ball. When I lead with my body and rotate my torso left i hit a ball that starts on line and stays pretty much straight. My old ball flight started out to the right and would draw alittle and honestly I thought it was staight with a draw lol.
  13. heres one of me yesterday its alittle more on straight back
  14. its probably a safe bet you hit a wall with your old swing as far as score or you wouldnt of seeked lessons. I first make sure you are with a qualified instructor as unfort their are many that are not and then i would keep working on it. The limits are endless once you achieve good positions it willl take time. We have all been there maybe you can post a before and after so we can see your progress. Alot of times it will just click and you will get the oh shit now i get it moment. Keep going for it you will find it '
  15. I agree with taking it abit outside. I will try and find a swing from a month ago and it was alot more inside. I am actually working with David Glenz and it has been great. My old ball flight was more of a push draw which worked but i am trying now to be more on line with my flight. I figure once i start hitting a consisten straight or a real slight fade i will start to work the club more straight back if that makes sense
