I like the Boomerang putting system. I found two sites selling it, where one version was slightly cheaper (the one I have). The one I have maybe an older version, but both versions appear to work the same.
You putt one ball across the 8' mat and up the ramp, while trying to get it to catch in the shallow cup (its adjustable by rotating it cw/ccw). The second ball you hit harder to knock the first out of the cup, and have both balls return to you. The beauty is that the ramp should return your misses and your makes. All you need is a flat surface, and you can start working on straight putts and distance (change the height to 1 of 6 heights or move closer along the mat).
Edit: According to the seller, the mat and ramp measure 11.5 on the stimpmeter. I'm not sure what the height of the ramp changes, but it mimics fast greens.
