  1. Wow, you guys' analysis is really cool to me. Thank you! It feels odd to hear someone say my hands are too high, because I used to have a very flat swing with low hands. I might be able to post an older video if I can find one with decent quality. I can absolutely get a new video with both views and better lighting sometime soon. Also, I have been playing since I was 3 (my dad and older brother have always golfed). You hit my real age spot on!
  2. I am a long-time lurker, and have read through most of the TST content. This was the one thing that jumped out to me as well! I referenced this post and have been working on changing my posture the last couple of days and it feels so awkward. I guess that might be a good thing! It has helped with the back pain some. Thanks for the comment! I see what you mean. That's not something I've ever been conscious of before. I have always gotten my right arm back behind my shirt seam in the past with a disconnected backswing. As a result, my hands would get stuck behind me and follow my right hip through the downswing very tightly. My flexibility would bail me out, and I think that hip thrust might have something to do with that. That's where the back pain comes in some now as well (not as young and limber anymore!) I've not read much about this type of issue before. I guess I'll just try to "change the picture" and see how it goes. Thanks for your input! It's greatly appreciated.
  3. I've been Playing Golf for: 30 years My current handicap index or average score is: 10 My typical ball flight is: Varies The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Cut/Thin hits where I get pain in my lower back on follow through Videos: Sorry for the clutter on the video - I don't have a better area to shoot (or the ability to do a face on view) today.
