My father, Herbie Abraham, recorded 9 Birdies in a single round ! The tournament was the 1979 Memphis Golf Assn. SR. City Tournament, which he won by 7 strokes ! We checked on P.G.A. SR. Tour record for most birdies in a single round, It was also 9 Birdies, which was set by Bernard Launger. Imagine an Amatour tieing a record set by a TOP SR. Tour player !!! Currently working to certify above 9 Birdies as a TN. SR. State Amatour Record!
