Hi, I have the same issue and most "removable" insoles do not provide enough depth. Ecco have removal insoles on some shoes but you need to try before you buy. I have been using Footjoy XPS-1 which have a deep removal insole and they have been fine with my orthotics. However, I am now have trouble buying them in an EU47 or U.K. size 12.
