Kinswood

My son and I are both about 5' 10" 145 lbs and would like to buy one decent beginner/intermediate set.I know very little about golf I don't see myself buying a few clubs at a time, like to keep it simple and buy all at once. I look on ebay and am overwhelmed. Used clubs would be fine. I'd love for someone to say here is something specific that's a good quality, good value set. Like to spend 200-400. I'd like to get the by xmas. Appreciate any help.Thanks
