  1. Hi all. Here is a down the line view of my swing... http://www.v1golfacademy.com/SwingStore/2ABBDA378360.mp4 Hopefully that link works. I'm interested to see what you guys have to say but the mainly right now I'm flushing all my irons but when it comes to the longer clubs I am hitting a low slice. I think its because I am coming over the top but it might have something to do with my hips... If you guys could just take a look at everything and see why I might be coming over the top/hips not clearing or whatever it may be that would be awesome. Any comments are appreciated. Thanks.
  2. Then what do you think the problem good be? Notice any flaws?
  3. Here is a down the line view of my swing... http://j.mp/fiCg7u Hopefully that works but if it does can you check it out and watch my hips and see if you notice anything? Thanks.
  4. Hi all, currently I'm struggling with starting my downswing with my hips. Here's the deal- Everything is perfect on the takeaway, alignment, grip.. etc and then when I get to the top of my backswing I start coming down with the arms and not the hips which leads me to either hook it left or hit a low weak fade. Any tips or drills to help me start the downsing with the hips would be great! Thanks.
  5. Try weakening your grip. From the video it looks like it is very strong. On a sacle of 1-10, 10 being the hardest, grip it at about a 5 or 6. I know you've probably heard it before but grip tension is crucial to a smooth swing
  6. Putting. 47 putts is absurd
  7. Yeah I think stretching is part of it too- I'm pretty inflexible. But thanks for the drill I'll be sure to try that and my distance with my driver is normally a consistent 240/250 (hard to tell since I mainly use my 3 wood off the tee) but the driver is the club where the "weak fade" is the most evident. I'm not sure what the hell I'm doing but it's extremely frustrating. I watched a video of my swing yesterday and I was shocked at how little my hips were turning so could that be the problem?
  8. I'm 6' 2" 160lbs. teenager and I'm a 6 handicap. I live in the northeast so the most practice I get right now is hitting into a simulator a couple times a week but I'm starting to feel uncomfortable with how much I should be rotating my hips and shoulders. I feel like the more I try to rotate my hips/shoulders the more I tend to chunk the ball and the less I turn results in a weak fade. Any drills or tips would be great.
