  2. I think that's what I'm going to do this week. Just hit different shots with different wedges at the store until I find the one I like.
  3. My set currently has an AW and a PW. I want to buy a SW and maybe a LW. I've heard that forged wedges are a little harder to hit. Would I be better off buying the wedges that match my set(Callaway BB) or trying a forged wedge like the X-tour wedges by Callaway?
  4. 44-41 for an 85 yesterday. I 3 putted 4 holes. If I can just get rid of all 3 putts I'll be happy.
  5. My name is Hector and I currently live in Puyallup, WA. A small city near Tacoma. I have been in the Air Force now for 9 years and have seen a lot of the world. I have been playing golf since I was a kid and played on the high school team. Back in 2005 I was involved in a car accident and I hurt my back and required surgery. I had to go through a lot of physical therapy and couldn't swing a golf club for over a year. My only goal in PT was to be able to play golf again. I was going out at least once or twice a week prior to the accident so it really sucked not being able to play. I played my first round since the accident this past April and shot an 89 which I was very happy with. All my clubs were at least 5 years old so I went and bought myself a whole new set. I love the Callaway trade in trade up program! My goal this summer is to break 80. Anyway, Hello!
  6. I've had the 460 for about month now and I love it. A lot of forgiveness. Might not go as far if you mishit it but it will still go straight. The bigger head also gives me more confidence at address.
  7. front left: tee and marker front right: cigarettes and lighter (yeah, I know it's bad!) back left: nothing back right: scorecard if I'm walking
  8. I had been playing with Callaway X-14s for the past 5-6 years. Just last month I did the Callaway trade in trade up thing for the new Big Bertha irons. I love the wider sole on them. I feel that I can hit a cleaner shot with them. They gave me $210 for my old irons so I ended up paying just over $400 after taxes for the new ones.
  9. I wear the adidas powerbands. They are definitely the most comfortable golf shoes I have ever worn. After a round my feet are not sore like other shoes in the past.
  10. i bought the new callaway big bertha 460 3 weeks ago and I love it! Very straight, very forgiving. The huge head gives a lot of confidence at address.
  11. i use the big bertha ball and i like it. i used and hx hot yesterday and it definitely does fly off the driver! i like the softer feel of the bb around the greens so i'm going to stick to it.
