My daughter has been playing for about 1 year now and recently the club twists in her hands during swing. The club is twisting in the direction of opening the club face. I don't know what is causing it and can't help her. Any thoughts?
I tend to hit a lot of shots fat and as I try to stop the head from dipping it seems like I minimize that miss. Maybe its not related to the head and shoulders dipping.
I am having difficulty keeping my head still during the swing. On video you can see my head move down towards the ball. It appears its moving down at least 4-6 inches. I am trying like heck to not do it but its still there on video. Any tips? advice? I assume this problem is causing my inconsistency with ball striking etc.
I've been Playing Golf for:
30 years
My current handicap index or avera
ge score is: 6
My typical ball flight is: slight fade
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: chunk/fat iron shots

I have been hitting alot of shots fat recently. Ball striking with irons has been poor. I videoed my swing and noticed my left knee on backswing moves out and does not turn behind the ball at all. Is this causing ball striking issues? Do I need to get it turned behind ball?
I appreciate your responses but not sure I understand getting hands starting down earlier. Are you suggesting to quiet the body? Here is a link to swing:
I have two bad shots. One is a super block, I mean off the course to the right. Typically its well hit but just 50-75 yards right. The next one will then be a smother hook. I mean smothered. 2 terrible shots that I cannot fix. Any thoughts on what is causing this?
