  1. I purchased the Method Milled 003 putter and like it. It definatly gets the ball rolling quicker, so there was an adjustment period as i was hitting everything a little too hard. I purchased it just before the Method Core came out and actually prefer the feel of the core's insert over the milled. hope this helps
  2. I hit both of these, plus several other irons, before deciding on the Titleist AP1's. They just produce a great feel. On solid shots I get great feel, ball flight and distance. On missed shots, I can honestly say that I still get great ball flight and distance, but have enough feel to tell I did not make good contact. Some of the other irons I hit, feel the same no matter how terrible of a shot you hit, this happened with the Ping G series for the most part. I would go hit all the irons you can get your hands on before you make a $700 decision. Hope this helps
  3. I recently purchased the Titleist AP1 irons and really like them and would recommend them. I was able to hit just about every iron set available before deciding on the AP1's, and they just gave me the best feel out of everything I hit (JPX-800, TM Burner 2.0, Cobra S3, Callaway Diablo edge and razr). I also purchased a couple new Vokey wedges to fill in my yardage gaps, and absolutely love them, would highly recommend them. But as always, it's all about the feel for each player, so hitting all of the clubs you can get your hands on prior to buying is always a good idea.
