  1. I have a part time club repair business. When I buy clubmaking equipment I look for high end used tools. I don’t have a shop so everything has to be easily mounted on a folding workbench for easy storage. I‘ve been looking for a head puller but could not find any decent equipment available at a reasonable price. I saw the BT Puller on Craigslist for $165 and bought it. It’s a heavy duty unit made with a steel frame and a hydraulic puller. As a test, I took a half dozen old clubs and pulled the heads. Fast and easy. I strongly recommend this product.
  2. Lately I have a lot of customers requesting shaft changes from one driver to another. You have to be careful not to damage the customer’s graphite shaft during the removal process or it’s destroyed. I was looking for a hydraulic puller that was affordable and well made to replace the manual puller I’d been using. I wasn’t really in love with it anyway. A friend had the BT Puller and let me try it. It was really easy to use. He waited until I used it to tell me the price. I ordered one the next day. This unit is really well made and you can even use it for regripping.
  3. I am not a master clubmaker but I have a growing part-time club repair business. I’ve been using a manual club head puller and that was fine until I started pulling about five heads each week. I started looking for a hydraulic puller solution. I found a number of home-made solutions but was concerned about their home-made shaft clamps and durability. I saw an ad for the BT Puller and it looked promising. At $165 with a money back guarantee I decided to order one. It was better than I expected. Steel construction and a great shaft vise sealed the deal. It is fast setup and easy to use. If you want the best puller available buy this unit.
