Just because someone has a high handicap doesn't preclude them from being able to hit long drives. Driving is a novelty of golf. Anyone can go to a range and work on hitting a driver and hitting it well. As we all know, playing good golf and hitting a driver well are not one-in-the-same.

I am very new to golf. I was using a Taylormade Nubbins but bought a Nickent Pipe. The Pipe was too picky for me. I either hit the sweet spot and shot it by the hole, or hit it off-center and left it wayyy short. Anyhow, I was in Golf Galaxy and tried different putters, new and used, for about 45 minutes. The Scotty Cameron Futura was the one I kept picking up and using, so I ended up using it. I LOVE it so far.

I just bought 5 dozen NXT Tour "near mint" from ebay for $42/shipped. Actually the first time I have bought balls in quantity, usually I just hit what I find.
