I just bought a 7wood off ebay, to fill the gap between my 3 iron and 3 wood. What hybrid and iron is a 7 wood typically supposed to replace??? Thanks.

I used to game these and loved them. I'm thinking of picking up a set. Has anyone played these recently, and if so, how do they perform compared to modern players clubs? Thanks guys.

I've tried every wedge loft combo I can think of and I keep coming back to the 52*/56* combo, playing off a 47* AP2 pw. I found I can open up the 56* to play higher lofted shots, with better results than using a 58* or 60*. However, it seems that everywhere I look everyone else uses a 60* wedge. Does anyone else use a 56* as your highest lofted wedge? If so, why, and what's your handicapp? Thanks.
