I put my wife and I into the Pinehurst Golf School about 10 years ago and this hooked my wife for life.If I mention golf she is at the door clubs in hand regardless of what time or weather.When I wanted to buy a piece of property in Myrtle to retire to she picked the hole she wanted to live on and be right at the 150 stake so she could work on her iron play all day.Ive created a monster!!!But now I have a golf buddie 365 days a yearand people think us lefties are dumb?

Well here I am Oct 14 2003 Swan Lake Golf Club hole #5 200 yds With 4 iron Prov1 ball Etonic golf shoes and glove Yonex Irons,Joe Boxer underwear Yup I tried to regisiter them too!!!Took me 24 years to get one so everyone was told.I never saw the ball go in the hole cause of the front bunkers but when my partner and I got to green only one ball on green and mine was in the cup.

I consider myself a fanatic and I played 153 rounds last year.I think I smell a rat.!!!!

Mickelsons allready gone to a soft fade and look what happened.280 and in the fairway beats 320 and rough anyday.Of course at my age 280 in rough aint bad either!!!

Maybe its me but I've had people fart burp sneeze cough jiggle change tees and even had passing cars honk the horn and still hit some good shots.When I'm hitting the ball nothing else matters.Then again being Lefty we are in our right mind all the time soooooooo!!!

I play Yonex Tour Forged Super ADX irons and had brought Cobra SSI to replace them but after 3 months my Yonex are back in my bag.Forged irons rule!!!

A bandaide for your driver that worked wonders for me.Ive allways had a problem releasing my hands with the driverand I have a interlock grip so now I interlock 2 fingers in stead of just the pinkie and WA LA driver is my best friend.

I have a Daytrek High Impact carry bag with the separate putter tube that I love.It is light and has plenty of compartments to carry all the crap that my wife buys me for christmas.My cart bag is a Bag Boy which I can probably pack everything I own for when she throws me out for playing too much.It has 2 club tubes in the front {sand wedge and putter}and holds my 40 or so balls that are allways in my bag.

Living on Long Island we to pay about 50.00 per round.Hopefully in the future I will be in Myrtle permantly and can play till I drop every day.I guess my home course would be Bethpage state park course there are 5 courses there and since I work nights I can usually get out early during the week.Yellow Geen and Blue are all under 35.00.The red 40.00 and the Black 45.00 resident 75.00 non NY resident.

Lets see Par 3 #17 on the Black 175-180 from whites with the biggest bunkers you ever saw dead in front of you and a hour glass shaped left to right large slopping green.Best par 4 16 hole at Tigers Eye in Myrtle about 460 second shot over stream and rock wall to elevated green {60 ft} kidney shaped green.Best par 5 no sweat the Waterloo on the back side.About 530 and wraps around a lake that you can cut off as much as you dare and is home to a famous 13' gator!!It is allways on the 18 best holes in the country list by Golf Digest.

I live 10 min from The Black and play it often,my best score was 81.My favorite famous courses are Pinehurst #2 {83} and The Dunes in Myrtle Beach {81}.
