  13. I have a set of Titleist 712 CB 4-PW irons. I Bought them from the factory with KBS tour stiff +1/2. I am getting ready to install a set of DG TI X100 shafts in them. These shafts are 10g heavier. The plan is to use the shaft inserts from the KBS. I know the swing weight will increase some with these heavier shafts. Will the old inserts be OK, or is it necessary to properly swing weight each club with different inserts? Thanks
  14. So much for the title of this thread!
  15. How did it crack? I bought an R11 driver; the 10g weight was stuck. TM cust service replaced it, no questions asked...
  16. Cleveland's satin finish will wear the best.
  17. Buy used AAAAA grade premium balls of your choice. Pro V's are approx $2 ball (give or take on how many you buy). just my $0.02
  18. Yes. Pretty much the flighted shafts have exaggerated change in kick point within each shaft. if you don't have an issue with getting the ball in the air with the lower irons; you don't need flighted shafts. I've hit the non flighted 6.0's and liked them.
  19. Rubbing alcohol and a terry cloth towel works pretty well.
  20. For irons, you may want to consider a nice used set. I just sold my old Titleist DCI 981 irons to my friend. They are 1999 models and they are still really good cavities. You can find a set for around $150 and sell them next year for approx the same.
  21. Definitely NOT 40 ft/lbs!!! A torque wrench isn't necessary either. I use moly paste on my threads and my hand torque wrench. Check it periodically
  22. It's a mind thing. If you spend a lot on a trick putter; you feel like you have the best equipment. I have a Newport 2, and I enjoy having it. I don't think my handicap would go up, if I had a 20 dollar putter.
  23. Up for sale is a Mint Condition 2012 Fujikura Blur TS 65 driver shaft. There are no scratches, marks, etc on this shaft. There is a 2012 genuine Taylor Made TP sleeve installed. The shaft will play at 45.5 inches. This is a huge upgrade for your Taylor Made Driver! Thanks PayPal only srmoye@hotmail.com
