1. Thanks Video was very helpful. Iv noticed i only do it with my driver and 3 wood when i want to hit a specific target like a short par 4 or tight fairway , so i will have to practice this and see what happens.
2. Thanks man , I can tell by the picture what you mean , it looks great I'm hitting the ball solid hands are ahead at impact and hitting a slight draw but slightly lower than normal flight which I like , I'm just not hitting them as long this year.
3. Was wondering about head and upper body position at impact , I've been playing pretty solid golf this year , striking it pure and with a slight push draw :-D but I've lost 25 yards of the tee despite playing best golf of my life and being much stronger than last season. But I've noticed my whole upper body leans on the downswing towards target and I just kind of spin the shoulders to get the club around me to finish position , ( literally lean , my head moves with the body ) I've watched a few swing vids and all the top players keep there head Central with the body following the hips as the left leg straightens creating a slight curve of the body and the right shoulder going under the chin. Anyway I went out back for a few swings to try it, and it almost feels like I'm getting a lot more club head speed from nowhere I'm swing smooth yet it feels so much more quick So I'm just after any insight of what the benefits of doing this would be.
4. So how do I know where to aim club face for different types of shapes ? :-\
5. im not too sure what you mean , iv always kept it simple ,aim body where you want the ball to start and clubface at where the ball lands
6. The way I play from the fairway bunkers is to pick the ball as clean as possible by staying tall throughout the swing and having a very shallow angle of attack, to do this don't play the ball any further back than slightly forward of centre, the courses I play don't tend to have much sand in the fairway bunkers and its always grainy so I always tend to have a clean lie.
7. To draw the golf ball the club face must be closed to the swing path slightly therefore making the loft of the club a little less which makes the ball travel further with less spin and more roll :-D
8.

Didn't even think of that haha thanks will have to try
9. Have had trouble with this for a while now and am starting to hit a few shots a bit fat . Anyone got any goods drill ideas to be more stable in the backswing :~(
10. will be starting insanity on monday, see how that goes and then im gunna look into p90x only thing with p90 is i need some equiptment (especially the pull up bar ) and only a small room to work in
11. Thanks for replies :-D hmmm just ordered insanity I'm not bad shape at all but fitness level sucks :poo: anyway I'm just looking to get fitness more into my routine , so I hope i can keep up with insanity
12. Anyone ever tried this ? looks great for the flexability side of golf besides strength
13. I think im just desprate to break par, (+1 being my best so far ) i was like this going for my first eagle, every par 5 i hit a bad drive on i would get frustrated lmao !! one day il probably look back at this and think the same
14. Hmmm Id say as long as you are not holding anyone up your ok maybe hit the ball at least 150 yards most of the time wouldn't be a bad idea
15. I've tried many ideas like splitting the course into different sections , just simply move on and forget and to focus one shot at a time but none seem to let me forget that bad hole :-\
16. I would personally say when you can consistently hit the ball well enough so you don't hold anyone up or cause havoc on the course :-) but that's just me :-D
17. So simply, as soon as I make a double bogey or worse ( especially if it's early in the round ) my head goes down , I start getting mad at myself , loose concentration and shoot a bad round ( Mid to high 80s ) , but if I start off well, I stay calm and focused and usually challenge the course for par :-) , anyone give advice it would be greatly apreciated as I feel this is my main problem :~(
18. started playing when i was 12, broke 70 4 years later, my advice is simply get lessons and SHORT GAME , SHORT GAME , SHORT GAME, SHORT GAME
