  1. theres one place to get fitted here and it isnt very good
  2. i duno if that speeder is worth 200 bucks
  3. how can you get rid of a yes callie? the past 3 rounds i played ive had 26, 27, 26 putts with mine
  4. I was just done playing in a tournament, riding back with my team when they started talking about my driver. They were telling me all these things about why i hit the ball so high and I lose distance. Ill tell you my specs and tell me what you think I should do. First I use a Cleveland Launcher 400 9.5 degree. Stiff stock shaft. ball speed at a local launcher moniter was 189 mph. i forget the club speed. My normal ball flight is like this: really fast for about the first 100 yards, then it flies into orbit and has about a 15-20 yard draw. My teamates told me to go with an extra stiff speeder. any thoughts?
  5. well that brings up this point: people who play the nice balls (ie- srixon, bridgestone, Pro V's) are of higher skill level and they probably wont lose as many. Your getting the balls of hackers who buy them by the ton instead of buying good balls because they will lose them anyway. at a country club that probably wont be true because the members are rich and can afford to throw away $50 dozen golf balls.
  6. bridgestones e5s are very nice balls for people like you who are looking for distance. Dont get a B330, they compare to a Srixon or Titlest in terms of feel. But balls really give much distance unless your using illegal ones. I play Pro-V1X's and hit the ball plenty far so that proves that the ball doesnt make a dramatic change.
  7. Taylormade R5's are a little bit expensive for a high handicapper. Id go with something more along the lines of a Adams or something cheaper. If your ok with used clubs go with a Cleveland Launcher. I play one and i poke the ball 300+ very easy. The Fuji shaft is amazing even though im transfering to a speeder for this season. good luck
