Here's what I think I can glean from the video. Granted, I'd like to see a perpendicular angle as well...
The address and takeaway looks very fundamentally sound, but you seem a little stiff over the ball. I'd advise just loosening up a little / don't be RIGID over the ball.
Position at the top looks very good.
Your downswing is where I'm seeing a minor swing plane issue. It looks to me like as you start down, you bring the club INSIDE as you approach the ball. This is likely what's causing your draw, as well as those mishits behind the ball, catching it "fat".
I'd say from the top, try to generate a feeling of swinging OUT toward the pin, rather than straight down the line. You may even need to think of swinging a little bit to the right of your intended target, which will be counteracted by your hands closing through the impact zone.
Other than that, the swing looks pretty solid, man!
