  1. Shot a 73 yesterday on a 18 hole par 3 course -- 19 over par. I was hitting my tee shots fairly well - problem was the greens were EXTREMELY uneven and overgrown. 3-putted almost everything. 4 pars, 10 bogeys, 3 doubles. Also had a disastrous triple bogey on the second hole after losing a ball out of bounds left. Oh well - it's still early in the season. One question, possibly slightly off-topic -- where are some of the people in this thread getting those AWESOME scorecard images? I'd love something like that to start tracking my rounds.
  2. Hey 3putter, Here's what I think I can glean from the video. Granted, I'd like to see a perpendicular angle as well... The address and takeaway looks very fundamentally sound, but you seem a little stiff over the ball. I'd advise just loosening up a little / don't be RIGID over the ball. Position at the top looks very good. Your downswing is where I'm seeing a minor swing plane issue. It looks to me like as you start down, you bring the club INSIDE as you approach the ball. This is likely what's causing your draw, as well as those mishits behind the ball, catching it "fat". I'd say from the top, try to generate a feeling of swinging OUT toward the pin, rather than straight down the line. You may even need to think of swinging a little bit to the right of your intended target, which will be counteracted by your hands closing through the impact zone. Other than that, the swing looks pretty solid, man! (Granted, this is my first post on this forum so feel free not to take my advice too seriously! )
