I would start with doing a google search for drills. A lot of the sites are just junk, but if you can find a video from a pro then it may not help you but at least the points are valid. I'm not sure if this link will work correctly, but YouTube has some decent drills:

I haven't really messed around with online forums. Is the sand trap the best/only place to be for golf, or should I join another forum too? thanks, John

Take it one day at a time! Seriously, if you're not having fun, what's the point? It's VERY difficult to help out on a forum without knowing what you're doing wrong. Have you talked to a pro in your area to get a diagnosis? -
For me, it depends on the weather. If it's cold, I glove up. If warm, no gloves.
