Maltby TE Forged 6 - GW, steel R flex. Maltby Tricept Black 54*. GEL Ruby putter. Hybrids and fairway woods are old and comfortable, everything else is new for me this year. I only do clearance shopping when I buy OEM and like to "play" clubmaker with my irons.

Did you turn the clubs upside down and tamp the butt end to make sure the grips got seated all the way on? If they're not fully installed, the butt end does not secure to the shaft.
