  1. I shot a 50 today over 9 holes after getting out of my clinical rotation (essentially an internship) at the hospital. Par 35, 68.2/125 Since I just started playing in August I'm pretty satisfied with this. Great shots off the tee, decent approach shots, horrible putting. Like I said, I'm happy with it though.
  2. I just got into golf this past August, in the midst of graduate school. As such, my goals are as follows: 1: Play 2 rounds per month minimum 2: Break 100 consistently 3: Break 90 at least once 4: Get an official handicap
  3. Its often easier to gain an advantage by pulling someone off their game by making them get inside their own head than playing better yourself. If he sees it bothering you, he won't stop since thats a point for him. The easiest way, in my opinion, to get him to stop is to just say "ok" to whatever he is saying, make an awesome shot, look him dead in the eyes and smile then walk away. If you appear to be unfazed (in your head you can be as annoyed as it gets) he'll eventually stop
  4. I'd like to preface my goal with the fact that I just started playing in August. So excuses aside, my number 1 goal is to hit the ball straight/well consistently. I have a major inconsistency problem i'm trying to fix. I'd like to have the goal straightened out (see what I did there?!?!) by next August. From there I want to play a round in the mid/low 90s. I haven't figured much out after that. I am in graduate school to become a doctor of physical therapy so time is something I don't have much of, making a year semi-realistic.
  5. Hi all, I am a First Year Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Rutgers University
