  1. I have never really tried to figure out myhandicap before. I recenty became interested in doing so. My problem is I routinely play after work and tend to only play nine holes. Almost all of the calculators I ahve seen require 18 holes, Does this mean I am out of luck. I would add two rounds together but the course I play has 27 holes and each set of nine has a different rating. Any help you guys could share would be great thanks.
  2. It's a great model, I used it all of last year and loved it, It helped spped up my rounds. I play after work and was able to get more holes in than normal before it got to dark. I would say that the only downside to using GPS is after using it so much I went to a course that wasn't mapped out (hard to believe cause it seems like they got all the courses) and I had a hard time judging distances. But Overall great product definitely worth a buy. You wont be dissapointed.
  3. Why the heck do they feel the need to put stickers on golf clubs? I just got a 3wood from callawaygolfpreowned.com. It came with like 30 stickers on it everywhere from the shaft to th bottom of the clubhead. I was able to get the stickers off, but itt left behind some glue. Does anyone have anytips on how to get it off. I was using nail polish remover on the shaft (its a steel shaft) but I am afraid to use it n the club head I dont want to take off any of the paint. I am hoping someone can help me out. Thanks in advance.
  4. I thought I would share my recent expirence this past weekend. I recently ordered a "LIKE NEW" 3 wood from callawaygolfpreowned.com. When I recieved the club on saturday I opened it up and much to my surprise it had a big scratch mark on the bottom and shaft looked like it had chatter marks down it. Now this is about the 5th club I have bought from them and never have I recieved a club like this. I called up customer service and explained to them what I had recieved and that I have bought from them before and never had any problems and that this club clearly wasn't "LIKE NEW" The customer service rep informed me that Monday they were going to ship me a new 3 wood and that I would recieve Tuesday. They also emailed me a return label to ship them back the 3 wood I recieved. Once again Callaway proved to me there customer service is #1 and also why every club in my bag except for my putter is callaway. I urge you not to lose confidence in them and to not hesitate to order from them again. 99.9% of the time they will not dissapoint you and if they do they do their best to make up for it.
  5. Does anyone know of a good reliable place to buy Cameron headcovers, other than ebay. Thanks for the help.
  6. I was just wondering which you guys and girls chose to do and why. I have been tinkering with the idea of carrying my clubs again but haven't decided if it would effect my swing. Would my arms and shoulders get tired? or would it be easier than lugging my tour bag behind me on my pull cart. Just wanted to know your thoughts.
  7. I currently have a Staff bag but I am interested in possibly getting a satnd bag since the majority of the time I walk the golf course. I have found last yeras Ogio Ozon on sale on a lot of websites. I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this bag or any Ogio bags. I read in a review that the legs don't always close properly.... Just looking for some feedback thanks for the help
  8. I have two drivers. I have a Callaway X460 which I was fitted for by the Callaway Golf Fit Van and I have a Callaway FT-5 which I just recently bought off of Callaway preowned at a steal of a deal. The X460 has a tour platform fujikura which is heavier and the FT-5 has the Fujikura E-150. I want to know if I took it to a professional if they would be bale to switch the shafts. I would like to have the shaft I was ift for in the FT-5 not to mention I like more weight, my dad is currently using my 460 and could probably benefit from the lightere shaft. My friend said it was possible because he had it done for his set of TM's but I know callaway is different with the bore through technology. i figured I would ask on here before I wasted my breath trying to explain it to some club builder. Thanks in advacae.
  9. I am looking to upgrade my driver from the X460 to either the FT-5 or the Superquad, I plan on demoing both of these clubs but was looking to get a little input on if either of them have or have not worked. What are some of the ups and downs of the clubs. I have always used Callaway clubs and have never been disappointed but my buddy has a Superquad and it caught my eye. Thanks for any input!
  10. You must have gotten a special wedge cause the x-tour pm grind wedges only come in 58* and 60*. I own a 50*, 56*, and 60*pm. I personally like these wedges I agree the bounce gets to be a little much but I will deal with it because of the amount of control I gain! As nice as the vokeys are I think the x tours are the way to go!
  11. I will be picking out a new 3 wood soon! It is a wedding present from my soon to be wife. I know the best way to decide between steel and graphite is to demo the clubs, But my question is more or less what do you think would be a better shaft for my 3 wood steel or graphite? I have a #2 Heavenwood with a steel shaft and I absolutely love the feel! I feel like I have a ton of control with it plus I can hit it rather well. Then there is the part of me that thinks I should have a graphite shaft, the same one as my driver so that they match. I know I know DEMO DEMO DEMO, but aside from that does anyone have any other opinions or suggestions? Does anyone here have a steel shafted 3 wood or played one before?
  12. I have recently been thinking about buying a 3 wood. The only problem is I don't know if I really need one! I currently own a 10* Callaway X460 and a Callaway 17* Hybrid that equals a 2 iron / 4 wood. I am pretty decent with the driver and I am surgical with the Heavenwood off a the tee. I never use the heavenwood other than off the tee. So I was just looking for some opinions as to wethre or not I actually needed the 3 wood? Any help you give would be great!
  13. Hey whats Up I am 23 and after a couple of years off I am just starting to play again and trying to be all I can be!
