Eureka here, between Peoria and Bloomington. Sorry to dissapoint, not a Cubs fan, or Bears, and I don't like pro basketball. With that said - Go Packers!!! (Couldn't resist. I catch a lot of crap for it.)

My money is on the pro - no offense. Best round I've ever shot at my home course (back in high school 15 years ago) was our teams' 2 club practice. Any two clubs. Took 6 iron and putter. Shot 2 over par for 9 holes. To this day have never matched it with a full bag. Keep meaning to try it again. Just tough to leave 12 clubs as home! And a bag! And really all but 1 ball! Might be on to something here, pack light!

I use it religiously. Only problem I've found is some of the courses (areas in central Illinois) haven't been switched to hi-res which makes it almost impossible to map. I usually end up on mapquest or windows.live. and using Google earth to give me a scale on two obvious objects or roads. Not exact but better than nothing. The info and abilities on hi-res courses is outstanding. A lot of fun for measuring drives - also great tool for getting lines on cutting blind doglegs.

Love that course. Always seems like we're the only ones on it. Great 9 hole course.

Please? For what it's worth, I don't like the Bears. Or much to do with Illinois. Especially the weather right now. My wife and I usually make a couple trips in the summer to St. Germain and 4 or 5 in the winter. Doesn't look good right now as we're prego with twins. Not that I would trade that for a minute for a trip up nort'. I would like to think I'm not your typical FIB (if you need an explanation I may be more of a cheeshead than you!!!). Go Rodgers.

I'm also a new member, huge Packers fan (read:Packers fan, not just a Favre fan), spend a lot of time in Northern WI. Could I get honorary status as a cheeshead?
