  2. you could lay on your back in mountain pose and make it as active as you want.
  3. It reminds of when I swing. At least for me, my entire body is active when I swing, like it is in most yoga poses. I was curious if anyone else feels the same thing.
  4. if you're doing yoga, you're building strength in every muscle. If you're not, you're cheating at it.
  5. The lazyness goes away very quickly once you start again.
  6. 1 hour yoga class with an emphasis on twists and stamina.
