  1. Excellent response! I have infact felt that I have been standing a bit too far from the ball at address. I'll have to try moving a bit closer. I'll try straitening out my knees as well. Once again thanks for the wonderful suggestions. I'll let you know how they are working out! Oh and I have met Jim on a couple occasions. Very friendly and helpful. He actually gave me some really great pointers months back when I first started going to the range.
  2. Started playing Golf this year, and I really am loving it! Over the last few months I'm got my score down to the mid to high 80s. Anyways if you could, critique my swing and let me know where my faults are. My Average Drive is around 270-290 with a very slight fade. Every once in a while I will push a drive (maybe once every 10-15 drives), and I haven't quite figured out what is causing me to do that. Thanks for your help! http://www.mytempdir.com/824045
  3. It's all about making good contact. If you are constant with your swing then the smaller head will hit just as far as the larger 460cc ones. However if you aren't as consistent of a swinger, then the larger 460 clubs will give you a much more forgiveness, which in turn would give you greater distance and accuracy. I have seen guys hit close to 400 yard drives with fairly small headed drivers.
  4. Shot an 89 today (47/42) at Pecan Lakes in Navasota. Struggled a bit on the front nine (at one point I had 3 doubles in a row!!). Found the trees a bit too much too. Settled down on the back nine. Putting was sporadic, but that was probably because the greens had just been re-turfed (sandy).
  5. So I take it a full review is on the way in the near future?
  6. My personal best is an 82!
  7. What is the sound like at impact? Call me weird, but the sound plays a big part in my confidence at set up.
  8. Good info, I'm positive someone will appreciate this! Good work AJ!
  9. I hit one 315 a few weeks ago with this club! Absolutely awesome sound you hit the sweet spot and boy does the ball fly off the club face. I have a very slight draw, so my ball rolls a good bit. I average 280-290 on most hits. Love this driver! And what's best is that I spent under $100 for it. I get plenty of compliments on the driver too. Most people have to come over and see what I'm hitting after hearing the explosion on impact. Very sharp looking driver as well. Another plus is the Aldila NV Shaft, which is very nice. Excellent value! My only grip is the head cover. It's one of those designs that's hard to slip over the club head. So that's a slight annoyance. Overall I can highly recommend this driver!
  10. I own the Neutral C-S3. Man I love this club. To answer your question about the weights, they are infact fixed and can't be moved.
  11. ttee9, Thanks for the info! That's exactly what I was looking for, someone with first hand info on the clubs. I can tell this forums is going to be an awesome community to be a part of. Thanks again
  12. I be sure you give you an update on the course after I play out there on Saturday.
  13. Thanks for the replies those Tour Edge Iron-Woods look interesting. Anyone have any experience with them? Also does anyone have any other suggestions?
  14. Played Muni last weekend. Going to Bluebonnet (near Navasota) on Saturday. Have you ever played out there?
