Some pros have low ball flight. But probably not as low as you are talking. Ball positioning helped me get more loft on the ball. It even added about 10 yrds per club. I sounds like you're not 'trapping' the ball

Can't say I've seen anything not mentioned. There was a deer at the driving range once...about 220 yds out by a tree. A friend offered a wager if I could hit it. After about 5 tries I one hopped it, right in the vitals!!

Nothing spectacular to speek of. I have figured out my driver though, which gave me 6-7 birdie oppurtunities. I only sunk one, time to work on puttin and long irons.
