I was +2 through 14 holes. Then I stuck a 5 iron in the ground on a 200yd par 3 tweaking my back. Proceeded to double the next 3 holes and finished with an 80. Getting old sucks

Shot a 42-36 78. On punched greens. Handicap has dropped a ton this year after years of hovering between a 10-12. Now a 5.7
